Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) イオン化される試料が導入されるボツクス
、熱電子を放射するフイラメント、ボツクス加熱
用のヒータおよび温度センサを備えるイオン源に
おいて、 前記ボツクスは、イオン化用ブロツクと加熱用
ブロツクとを備え、これらの両ブロツクが互いに
接合されてなり、前記イオン化用ブロツクにはイ
オン化室および熱電子の導入口が形成される一方
、加熱用ブロツクには前記ヒータと温度センサの
挿入口が形成されていることを特徴とするイオン
源。 (2) 前記加熱用ブロツクは、アルミ合金製であ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のイオン
源。
