Claims (1)
- 抵抗加熱用電極において、平面のスライド面を
備えた導電性電極支持体と、直方体の支持部を備
えたカーボン電極と、該カーボン電極に接する部
分にスライド面を備えた定圧電極押えと、前記カ
ーボン電極に対向する被加熱物と逆の位置にある
電極押し付用板ばねとを有することを特徴とする
抵抗加熱用電極。
