Claims (1)
- 合成石英ガラス等の窓部材越しに紫外光を照射
するランプ室を反応室内に設け、反応室内に導入
される原料ガスと該ランプ室から照射される紫外
光とで光化学反応を起こさせ、搬送手段によつて
反応室内に搬送され加熱ヒーターによつて加熱さ
れるワーク表面に薄膜を形成する光ＣＶＤ装置に
おいて、前記ワークを搬送する搬送手段によつて
移送される窓部材搬送のための専用カートを設け
るとともに、前記ランプ室の窓部材又は専用カー
トによつて搬送される窓部材を支持し、ランプ室
から専用カート又は専用カートからランプ室へ窓
部材を移し替える窓部材移替え手段を設けたこと
を特徴とする光ＣＶＤ装置。
