- 半導体製造装置において、半導体に樹脂封止後
、半導体樹脂封止部と樹脂のランナー部とを分離
するブレイク部の樹脂ランナー下面を受ける板に
溝を設け、樹脂ランナー部の下部突起を逃がした
ことを特徴とする半導体製造装置。
