ル（転動体）、８は外輪、１０は内輪、１２Ａ，
１２Ｂ，２０Ａ，２０Ｂは永久磁石、１４Ａ，１
４Ｂは磁性流体、１６は振動体、１８は回転体（
移動体）、２２はころ（転動体）である。
図、第２図はこの考案の第２実施例の概略を示す
部分断面図、第３図はこの考案の第３実施例を示
す概略断面図である。 図中、２は軸受、４は超音波モータ、６はボー
ル（転動体）、８は外輪、１０は内輪、１２Ａ，
１２Ｂ，２０Ａ，２０Ｂは永久磁石、１４Ａ，１
４Ｂは磁性流体、１６は振動体、１８は回転体（
移動体）、２２はころ（転動体）である。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 転動体を介してころがり接触を行う外輪及び内
輪を有した軸受を設け、 前記外輪又は内輪に固設され超音波振動によつ
て表面に進行波を生じる振動体と、前記内輪又は
外輪に固設され前記振動体の表面の楕円運動の頂
点との当接によつて移動する移動体とを有した超
音波モータを設けるとともに、 前記振動体及び前記移動体間に磁束を通過させ
るように前記外輪及び前記内輪の内、少なくとも
一方の所定位置に永久磁石を配設し、この永久磁
石による磁路の一部であつて前記外輪及び前記内
輪の空隙に磁性流体を介在させたことを特徴とす
る超音波回転駆動装置。
