Claims (1)
- 作図するパターンをベクトルデータの形で入力
するベクトルデータ入力部と、バーコードを発生
するバーコードジエネレータと、バーコードデー
タを２次元座標系のベクトルデータに変換する座
標変換部と、前記ベクトルデータ入力部と前記座
標変換部とのデータを合成しスイツチング部で２
値化した信号によりアルゴンイオンレーザ光源か
らの光を変調させる光変調器と、前記光の直径を
拡大させて平行光にするビーム径拡大光学系と、
前記平行光を偏光して横方向に主走査する回転多
面鏡と偏光された平行光を受光し、感光材の面上
に焦点を結ぶ走査レンズと、前記感光材を固定し
縦方向の副走査方向に直線動作する一軸送り機構
とを有することを特徴とするフオト作図装置。
