In addition, a reinforcing core was inserted between the heat-resistant combustion wicks connected to the upper end of the fuel wick.
- It is known from Publication No. 47325, and there is also one in which reinforcing paper is attached to the fuel wick with glue.
It is known from Publication No. 47-30269.

である。Problems that the invention aims to solve By the way, compared to woven cores, the above knitted cores have poor shape retention, are soft, and have weak stiffness, so even when attached to a core holder, the dimensions are not stable, and moreover, the core cannot be moved up and down repeatedly. As a result, the installation position was misaligned, resulting in problems such as poor fire extinguishing, disaster prevention, and incomplete combustion.

あつた。 In addition, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-47325, in which a reinforcing core is interposed between the heat-resistant combustion wick connected to the upper end of the fuel wick, the upper end of the heat-resistant combustion wick and the reinforcing core are inserted during dry firing. The degree of burnout differs from the upper end of the wick during use, making it impossible to achieve uniform combustion over a long period of time and requiring frequent replacement of the wick, which is uneconomical. In addition, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 47-30269, reinforcing paper is attached to the fuel wicking core with glue, and the warp threads forming the fuel wicking core are attached to the reinforcing paper with glue. Because of this, it is not suitable for mass production, and the glue used to attach the reinforcing paper and warp threads is also attached to unnecessary parts, making it expensive. The reinforcing paper that was used did not allow petroleum to penetrate smoothly into the attached warp threads, and the warp threads and the reinforcing paper were not glued together incompletely, causing both to separate, resulting in defective products. .

The weft yarns 1 are repeatedly folded and arranged to a certain length, and an oil-resistant, water-resistant, non-stretchable reinforcing plate 2 such as kraft paper is interposed, and together with the reinforcing plate 2, multiple rows of thin warp yarns 3, 3, etc. are integrated. A core knitted fabric 4 is formed by knitting and stitching, and the core knitted fabric 4 has warps 3, 3.
An upper wide part 5 with..., an intermediate wide part 6 without warps 3, 3, and a narrow hem part 7 with warps 3, 3
and a reinforcing plate 2 located in the intermediate wide part 6.
is removed to form the bending portion 8, and a large number of through holes 9, 9... are bored in the reinforcing plate 2 to form the fuel suction core 10.
and a heat-resistant combustion wick 1 at the upper end of the fuel suction wick.
1 are connected through a connecting part 12, and the ones shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 have the weft yarns 1 arranged in two rows to form a double knit, with a reinforcing plate 2 interposed in between. The warp threads 3, 3... are integrated with the reinforcing plate 2.
In the case shown in Figures 4 to 6, the weft threads 1 are arranged in two rows to form a double knit.
A reinforcing plate 2 is superimposed on one side of the reinforcing plate 2, and the reinforcing plate 2 is knitted together with the warp threads 3, 3, . . . . Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, after knitting together the reinforcing plate 2 over the entire surface of the core knitted fabric 4, it is only necessary to cut and remove the reinforcing plate 2 of the bending part 8. When removing the reinforcing plate 2, since the needle holes for knitting and stitching are provided in series and continuously protruding, the reinforcing plate 2 can be easily removed by cutting it along the needle holes. The fuel suction wick 10 thus formed is either a flat core and a heat-resistant combustion wick 11 is connected to the upper part, or a vertical connection part 16 is further provided as shown in the figure to form a cylindrical core. Further, 13 is a reinforcing tape that covers the connecting portion 12 between the fuel wick 10 and the heat-resistant combustion wick 11. Further, 14 is a lead holder, 15 is a retaining claw provided on the lead holder 14, and 16 is a retaining claw provided on the lead holder 14.
2 is a vertical connection portion, and 20 is a core of a conventional product.
