The present invention provides a gas meter that supplies a fixed amount of fuel gas to a burner, an air meter that supplies a fixed amount of combustion air to the burner, and a flow path that can be freely divided into upper and lower portions that forms a flow path that connects the burner to the gas meter and the air meter. The channel-forming members are provided in a partially submerged state in the water in the tank so that the channel formed by them is water-sealed, and the water level inside the tank is maintained constant. The present invention relates to a fuel gas calorimeter, which is provided with an overflow channel and a water replenishment device, and a device for detecting the combustion exhaust gas temperature of the burner as a calorific value index of the fuel gas. The above-mentioned calorimeter is configured such that the connection parts of the burner, gas meter, air meter, and flow path forming member are water-sealed so that they can be easily disassembled and assembled for repair and inspection. The water level of the water put into the water tank for water sealing is made constant so that the water seal can be maintained completely and water can be prevented from flowing into the gas flow path. Conventionally, the above calorimeters did not have any earthquake countermeasures, and when an earthquake with a seismic intensity of 2 to 3 (80 to 40 gal) occurs, trouble occurs with the gas meter, the burner goes out, and water leaks into the gas meter. The disadvantage was that it required a lot of effort and time to remove the water. In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the purpose of the present invention is to prevent the burner from extinguishing due to trouble with the gas meter even if an earthquake with a seismic intensity of about 5 occurs. The characteristic structure of the fuel gas calorimeter according to the present invention is as follows:
In a gas meter that supplies a fixed amount of fuel gas to a burner, the inlet pipe and outlet pipe, whose open ends protrude above the water surface, are equipped with a ripple that prevents water in the water tank from rising along these pipes. The reason is that it has been installed. The effects of the characteristic configuration of the present invention described above are as follows. In other words, even with an extremely simple modification such as simply attaching a wave break such as a flat plate to a pipe, even if an earthquake of magnitude 5 occurs, water can be reliably prevented from entering the pipe, and the gas meter can be protected. It is now possible to continue normal operation. Next, an embodiment will be shown with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. As shown in FIG. 1, an aquarium 1 and an auxiliary aquarium 2 are arranged side by side and connected by an overflow channel 3, and a water supply device 4 is provided to pump up overflow water from the auxiliary aquarium 2 to the aquarium 1. The water surface level within the tank is maintained constant. In forming the overflow channel 3, a first
As shown in the figure, an auxiliary tank 7 surrounded by an overflow weir 5 and a higher side wall 6 is provided, and a small hole 8 is provided in the bottom wall of the auxiliary tank 7, so that vibration can cause the water to flow from the water tank 1 to the auxiliary tank 7. Even if a large amount of water suddenly flows, most of the water can be directly returned to the tank 1, so that fluctuations in the liquid level in the tank 1 can be suppressed. Incidentally, a slit or the like may be provided in place of the small hole 8, and these are collectively referred to as a constricted drainage channel 8. To configure the water supply device 4, as shown in FIG. 2, a pipe 4a is attached to the side wall 2a of the auxiliary water tank 2 so as to be swingable up and down by a drive device (not shown).
A box-shaped diagonal portion 4b having an opening for scooping water in a part of the upward wall is connected to the swinging end of the pipe 4a, and the proximal opening 4c of the pipe 4a is arranged above the water tank 1. As the pipe 4a swings, the water in the auxiliary water tank 2 is scooped up by the squeezed portion 4b, and the scooped water is allowed to naturally flow down into the water tank 1 through the pipe 4a by lifting the squeezed portion 4b. There is. In addition, as the water replenishing device 4, other suitable devices such as a pump, a water supply system, etc. can be used, and the auxiliary water tank 2 can be omitted if a water circulation type is not adopted. As shown in FIG. 1, a gas meter 1 supplies a fixed amount of fuel gas from a sample supply pipe 9 to a burner 10.
1. Air meter 12 that supplies a fixed amount of atmospheric air to burner 10 as combustion air, and both meters 1
The members 13a, 13b, 13c forming the flow path connecting the burner 10 to the burner 10 are partially submerged in water so that the flow path formed by them is sealed with water in the water tank 1. The flow path forming members 13a, 13b, 13c are divided into upper and lower parts.
A bleeder burner 14 is provided to combust the surplus gas from the burner 10, and a thermocouple 15 is provided as an example of a device for detecting the combustion exhaust gas temperature of the burner 10 as an indicator of the calorific value of the fuel gas. A calorimeter is configured for continuous measurement. In the gas meter 11, the inlet pipe 11a on the inlet side has an open end protruding above the water surface.
As shown in FIG. 3A, the outlet pipe 11b is equipped with a wave break 16a that prevents water from rising along the pipes 11a and 11b, and an outlet side with an open end protruding above the water surface. As shown in FIG. 3B, a wave break 16b is attached to the outlet pipe 11c to prevent the water from rising along the pipe 11c, so that even if the water surface shakes due to vibration, the pipes 11a, 11b, It is designed to prevent water from entering 11c. As shown in FIG. 4, a perforated plate 18 having an opening adjustment plate 17 is provided at the outlet of the air meter 12 to direct combustion air to the primary air supply passage 20a and the secondary air supply passage 20b with orifices 19. Constructed to allow stable and constant supply without pulsation,
In addition, the burner 10 is constructed by forming a plurality of small-diameter gas passages 10a as shown in FIG. The mixing chamber 2
1 to the burner 10 through the mixed gas flow path 22, the configuration is such that the mixed gas can be stably supplied in a fixed amount without pulsation, and as a whole, fluctuations in the supply amount to the burner 10 and air-fuel ratio fluctuations due to vibrations are prevented. It is designed to be suppressed. In place of the perforated plate 18 and the small-diameter gas flow path 10a, various flow path restriction configurations can be adopted, and the installation location and number of installation points can be appropriately changed in design. They are collectively referred to as 10a and 8. In the water tank 1, as shown in FIG.
and a pipe 24 are provided to suppress a large amount of water in the tank 1 from flowing out from the overflow channel 3 due to vibration, and to suppress the ripple height of the water surface in the tank 1 to a low level. It is configured to reduce water level fluctuations within the gas meter 11 and the air meter 12. In order to restrict the lateral flow of water, the wall board 23 or the pipe 24 can be used alone, or a perforated plate or net can be used alone or in combination with other things, and these various means can be used as obstruction members. They are collectively referred to as 23 and 24. The bleeder burner 14 includes a first
As shown in the figure, the outside air supply pipe 14a and the outer cylinder 14b
An annular fuel gas supply pipe 14c is formed in between, and fuel gas is uniformly supplied around the outside air supply pipe 14a by the action of an orifice 14d, thereby preventing the bleeder burner 14 from being turned off unexpectedly. It has been prevented. In FIG. 1, 25 is an orifice for depressurization, and 26a and 26b are U-shaped water sealing tubes for storing condensed moisture in gas and air, and a riser tube 27 and an overflow tube. 28, both U-shaped tubes 26a, 26
Obstacles 29a and 29b for suppressing liquid level fluctuations, respectively.
is attached, and 30 is an igniter for the burner. Next, an experimental example will be explained. (Experiment 1) A calorimeter (hereinafter referred to as the inventive calorimeter) having the same configuration as in the above embodiment was subjected to horizontal vibration in the X direction and the Y direction as shown in FIG. It was investigated whether the fire was extinguished or not, and the results shown in Tables 1 and 2 below were obtained. However, in either case, the opening degree of the perforated plate 18 at the outlet of the air meter 12 is 1/2, the diameter of the small diameter gas passage 10a of the burner 10 is 1 mm, and the diameter of the orifice 14d of the bleeder burner 14 is 2 mm.
The ☆ mark in the result indicates a good condition in which the fire does not extinguish for more than 2 minutes.

(Experiment 2) We compared the output response of the calorimeter of the present invention and a conventional calorimeter without seismic measures. (b) Check fuel gas (4233kal/ Nm3 )
Switching to city gas (4500 kal/Nm 3 ),
When the change in the output of the thermocouple was determined, the results shown in FIG. 7 were obtained. (b) Switch the fuel gas from city gas (4500 kal/Nm 3 ) to check gas (4233 kal/Nm 3 ),
When the change in the output of the thermocouple was determined, the results shown in FIG. 8 were obtained. From the above results, it was found that the calorimeter of the present invention provides a sufficiently good output response, almost the same as the conventional calorimeter. (Experiment 3) We investigated the output fluctuations of the calorimeter of the present invention, that is, how the output fluctuates due to excitation, and how long it takes for the output to stabilize to the original output after the excitation stops. (b) When the calorimeter of the present invention was vibrated at an excitation frequency of approximately 1.0 Hz, an excitation force of 160 gal, and an excitation time of 1 minute, the output change of the thermocouple 15 was determined, and the results shown in Figure 9 were obtained. maximum output change is 0.7mV (14%)
The water level in water tank 1 returns to normal in 1 minute and 30 seconds after stopping the vibration, and the temperature in thermocouple 1 returns to normal in 5 minutes after stopping vibration.
5's output became stable. (b) The calorimeter of the present invention was vibrated at an excitation frequency of approximately 2.0 Hz, an excitation force of 150 gal, and an excitation time of 1 minute.
When the output change of No. 5 was calculated, the results shown in Figure 10 were obtained, and the maximum output change was 1.2 mV (24%).
3 minutes and 30 seconds after the vibration stops, the water level in the water tank 1 returns, and 8 minutes after the vibration stops, the water level in the water tank 1 returns.
5's output became stable. (c) The calorimeter of the present invention was vibrated at an excitation frequency of approximately 3.0 Hz, an excitation force of 130 gal, and an excitation time of 1 minute, and the output change of the thermocouple 15 was determined, and the results shown in Figure 11 were obtained. maximum output change is 0.5mV (10%)
7 minutes and 30 seconds after the excitation stops, the water level in the water tank 1 returns, and 12 minutes after the excitation stops, the water level in the water tank 1 returns.
5's output became stable. From the above results, it is clear that the output fluctuations of the calorimeter of the present invention are small enough to withstand use, and the time required for the output to return to stability is about 1/10 or less of that of conventional calorimeters. Ivy.

The flexible flow path forming members 13a, 13b, 13c are provided in a state partially submerged in the water in the water tank 1 so that the flow path formed by them is water-sealed.
The fuel gas is equipped with an overflow passage 3 and a water supply device 4 for maintaining the internal water level constant, and a device 15 for detecting the combustion exhaust gas temperature of the burner 10 as an indicator of the calorific value of the fuel gas. In the gas meter 11, which is a calorimeter for
An inlet pipe 11a and outlet pipes 11b and 11c whose open ends protrude above the water surface.
The fuel gas calorimeter is characterized in that wave breakers 16a, 16b are attached to prevent water from rising along the pipes 11a, 11b, 11c.
