着席検知手段としての座席スイツチ、１３……ペ
ダル操作検知手段としてのブレーキスイツチ、３
４……駆動信号出力手段としての駆動信号出力回
路、Ｄ……前進走行用位置、Ｐ……駐車用位置、
Ｒ……後退走行用位置。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 オートマチツク自動車の自動変速機の動作を制
    御するために操作され、前記自動変速機の出力軸
    が機械的に固定される駐車用位置Ｐと、 前記出力軸が動力伝達機構に駆動連結される走
    行用位置Ｄ，Ｒとの間で切替配置されるシフトレ
    バー１と、 前記シフトレバー１の駐車用位置Ｐ配置状態に
    おいて、同レバー１に接離可能に設けられ、その
    レバー１に近接する作用位置においてレバー１の
    移動を規制し、レバー１から離間する退避位置に
    おいてレバー１の移動を許容する作動体８ａと、 前記作動体８ａを前記作用位置と前記退避位置
    とに切替配置させるために動作される作動体移動
    手段８と、 前記シフトレバー１の駐車用位置Ｐ配置状態を
    検知するレバー位置検知手段１０と、 前記自動車のブレーキペダルの踏み込み操作を
    検知するペダル操作検知手段１３と、 前記自動車の運転者用座席１１に運転者が着席
    したことを検知する着席検知手段１２と、 前記各検知手段１０，１２，１３の動作に基き
    、シフトレバー１の駐車用位置Ｐ配置状態と、ブ
    レーキペダルの踏み込み操作と、運転者用座席１
    １における運転者の着席とがそれぞれ検知された
    場合にのみ、作動体８ａを作用位置から退避位置
    へ切替配置させるために前記作動体移動手段８に
    駆動信号を出力する駆動信号出力手段３４と を備えたことを特徴とするシフトレバーインタ
    ーロツク装置。
