源バイパスコンデンサ内蔵形集積回路の内部構造
を表わす平面図及び側面図、第３図は第１図及び
第２図の電源バイパスコンデンサ内蔵形集積回路
を電子回路パツケージに実装した状態を示す平面
図である。また第４図及び第５図は従来の集積回
路の内部構造を表わした平面図及び側面図、第６
図は第４図及び第５図に示した従来の集積回路を
電子回路パツケージに実装した状態を示す平面図
である。 １：集積回路ケース、２：集積回路チツプ、３
：電源バイパスコンデンサ、４：ＩＣピン、５：
ボンデング、６：ワイヤ、７：アース線、８：電
源線、９：電源バイパスコンデンサ。
源バイパスコンデンサ内蔵形集積回路の内部構造
を表わす平面図及び側面図、第３図は第１図及び
第２図の電源バイパスコンデンサ内蔵形集積回路
を電子回路パツケージに実装した状態を示す平面
図である。また第４図及び第５図は従来の集積回

：電源バイパスコンデンサ、４：ＩＣピン、５：

源線、９：電源バイパスコンデンサ。
Claims (1)
- 集積回路チツプと対に実装した電源用バイパス
コンデンサに、上記集積回路チツプの電源端子と
ＩＣピン上の電源端子とを電気的に接続して形成
した電源平滑回路を備えていることを特徴とする
電源バイパスコンデンサ内蔵形集積回路。
