BACKGROUND ART Dough forming machines used for automatic manufacturing equipment for mass-producing confectionery such as donuts have been well known. This dough former is
A dough tank stores confectionery dough such as donuts and sends the dough downward through a bottom opening by applying pressure from above, and the dough is shaped and cut off at the lower end from within a guide cylinder attached to the bottom of this dough tank. It is equipped with a cutter device that guides the fabric to the sleeve cutter and performs the prescribed shaping and cutting with a sleeve cutter that moves up and down, and is provided between the lower end opening of the guide tube and a disk facing away from it. From this, there is a general method in which the ring-shaped material is cut off by leading out the fabric around the entire circumference, or a molded tube is interposed between the lower end of the guide tube and the disk as proposed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-47490. There is a method of inserting the tube into the tube and cutting off a piece of the shape that fits the molded opening of the cylinder wall.

The gist of the present invention, which has been made to achieve the above-mentioned object of the present invention, is to provide a circular cylindrical dough tank and a method for guiding the dough from the bottom of the dough tank to the dough forming/cutting section at the lower end. A molding machine for confectionery, comprising a guide tube that hangs down from the guide tube, and a cutter device that is provided at the lower end of the guide tube and that guides the dough from the annular opening all the way around and cuts the dough into a ring shape. A separator is provided extending from the dough tank to the guide cylinder and partitioning the interior into a plurality of fan-shaped sections, and having an outer periphery that roughly matches the inner surface of the circular cylindrical dough tank and allowing the separator to pass through it freely. The dough forming machine for confectionery is characterized in that it is a dough pressing plate having an opening formed therein, and is provided with an inner lid that is set on the upper surface of the dough filled in the dough tank.

る。 The dough forming machine according to the present invention may be basically the same as the conventional one except for the separator and the inner lid. Therefore, if the separator is formed in a form that simply fits into the existing forming machine, , the present invention has the advantage of being extremely simple and inexpensive to implement. As such a method, for example, a method has been adopted in which a separator is incorporated from the dough tank to the horizontal rod of the guide tube in an existing molding machine that has a horizontal rod for suspending the disk inside the guide tube. It has been confirmed that this makes it possible to manufacture striped donuts, which is the ultimate goal of the present invention, without any problems. Further, for the same purpose, it is also easy to add a short separator to the upper surface of the disk in addition to the above, and it has been confirmed that in this case, the striped shape of the donut becomes more clear.

It is used by fitting inside the dough tank and guide cylinder as a so-called partition. Therefore, with this separator,
There are two or more independent passages through which the fabric flows from the fabric tank to the entire area of the guide tube, or to an area excluding a part of the guide tube (for example, the lower part where the horizontal rod is attached). It becomes possible to form confectionery into the desired striped shape.

That is, the separator 15 is provided as a partition wall in which two inverted convex plates are joined to form a cross shape when viewed from above, and the upper wide portion 16 fits into the cylindrical inner surface of the dough tank 1 with almost no gap. The lower narrow portion 17 also fits into the cylindrical inner surface of the guide tube 4 with almost no gap. Also, narrow part 1
The height dimension of 7 is such that when the lower end of the wide portion 16 is engaged with the bottom of the fabric tank 1, the lower end of the narrow portion 17 is engaged with the horizontal rod 8.

The dough is divided into four semicircular sections, and the dough filled in one section is sent below the guide tube 4 without mixing with different kinds of dough filled in other sections. In this embodiment, the guide tube 4
Although there is no separator in the lower half, the flow of fabric is rectified along the axial direction of the cylinder, so there is almost no mixing of different types of fabrics led from adjacent sections in this part. It doesn't happen often.

When the ring is cut off, the resulting ring-shaped fabric is a concatenation of different fabrics obtained by dividing the ring into four parts in the circumferential direction. For example, if this is represented by color, it can be obtained as a ring in which colors are continuous in the circumferential direction: white, black, white, and black, or as a ring in which four different colors are continuous in the circumferential direction.
