2. Description of the Related Art Dough forming machines used for automatic manufacturing equipment for mass-producing confectionery such as donuts have been well known. This dough forming machine has a dough tank that stores dough for confectionery such as donuts and sends the dough downward through a bottom opening by applying pressure from above, and a dough tank that stores dough for confectionery such as donuts and sends the dough downward from a bottom opening. The device is equipped with a cutter device that guides the dough to the dough forming/cutting section and forms and cuts the dough in a specified manner using a sleeve cutter that moves up and down. There is a general method in which a ring-shaped piece is cut off by leading out the fabric from between the disk and the entire circumference, or as proposed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-47490, between the lower end of the guide cylinder and the disk. There is a method of inserting a molded cylinder in between and cutting off a piece of the shape that fits the molding opening of the cylinder wall.

In addition, this problem is not limited to confectionery such as donuts, but also applies to seafood paste products that are manufactured using the same method, that is, products in which viscous dough is formed into a predetermined shape and then deep-fried, steamed, or baked. There are also things that exist.

The dough dispensing device of the present invention is generally formed by laminating and fastening a plurality of thin plates having appropriate openings and thick plates having elongated holes extending horizontally and penetrating vertically. This has the function of connecting each of the dough tanks and the longitudinal passage inside the guide cylinder of the cutter device in several groups in a relational manner, and
It has the advantage of being easy to disassemble and assemble, and easy to clean. This provides extremely large practical advantages over the use of pipes or the like for the relational connection of the dough tank and the longitudinal passage as described above.

Next, the cutter device 10 will be explained.
This cutter device 10 is also a known device except that it incorporates a partition plate indicated by a reference numeral, and has a cutter nozzle 11 which is a guide cylinder with an open top and bottom.
is fastened and fixed to the fabric dispensing device (to be described later) by a cutter mounting flange 12 and bolts 13 on the upper side. The cutter nozzle 11 also has a horizontal rod 14 that is horizontally fixed at an intermediate position between the upper and lower sides inside the cylinder, and a horizontal rod 14 that is horizontally fixed at a vertical intermediate position inside the cylinder.
A disk support bolt 15 is suspended downward from the center of the cylinder 4 along the cylinder axis, and a disk support bolt 15 is fixedly supported at the lower end of the disk support bolt 15 and is provided to maintain a predetermined distance from the lower edge of the cutter nozzle 11. It is integrally equipped with a disk 16.

Reference numeral 17 denotes a cutter sleeve that is externally mounted on the lower end side cylindrical portion of the cutter nozzle 11, and the cam mechanism 19
When the disk 16 is moved up and down, the lower edge tightly fits into the outer circumferential edge of the disk 16, thereby acting to cut off the fabric deflected in a circular manner radially outward from the upper surface of the disk. The cut fabric becomes ring-shaped. 18 is a groove in the upper part of the cutter sleeve with which the cam mechanism 19 is operatively engaged.
20 is a partition plate (separator) fitted into the upper half of the cutter nozzle 11 which is a guide cylinder of the cutter device 10;
It is fixed by placing it on top of 4, and the inside of the cylinder is divided into a total of 4 vertical passages of 1/4 circle. The cutter device 10 may further include an auxiliary partition plate on the upper surface of the disk 16.

Two sets of cutter devices are attached and fixed to the lower horizontal plate 25 via the cutter attachment flange 12, and are opposed to the upper open portions of the four vertical passages partitioned by the partition plates 20 in the cutter nozzle 11. Thus, four lower openings 31 A , 31 A , 31 B , and 31 B are provided for one cutter device. 32 is a screw hole around the lower opening into which the fastening bolt 13 of the cutter mounting flange 12 is screwed. In addition, 33, 33... are upright bolts that are installed in the vicinity of the periphery on the lower horizontal plate 25, six in total, and one in the center, so that these bolts 33 are opposed to each other.
Bolt holes 34 are formed in each of the parts from the upper horizontal plate 22 to the lower fabric separator 24, and the upper plates are stacked on each other by fitting the bolt holes 34 to the bolts 33 of the lower horizontal plate 25.
These plates are fixed and integrated by fastening them with.

In the dough distributing device, the dough A is distributed by the upper dough separator 22 and the dough B is distributed by the lower dough separator 24 in this example. When guiding the dough to multiple dough outlet ports (lower openings) such as in the case of viscous dough, in order to ensure smooth flow, it is not preferable to use passages with too complicated shapes; This is because it is preferable to make the holes linear and elongated, so that the overlapping (crossing) of the communicating paths for fabric A and fabric B is preferably staggered at the upper and lower positions.

According to the dough forming machine including the dough distribution device as described above, for example, butter-flavored dough is stored in the dough tank 1B , and chocolate-flavored dough is stored in the dough tank 1B. If the donut ring is cut off using the device, a formed dough having a shape in which two types of dough are alternately arranged as shown by the reference numeral 39 can be obtained continuously and with high productivity. Thereafter, the formed dough may be fried in a conventional manner.
