  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ プリント回路基板上に設置されたＩＣパツケ
    ージ３２の電気特性テスト、機能テスト等を行う
    際に用いられるＩＣパツケージ用測定プローブ１
    ６であつて、絶縁材料から作られたテーパ状ヘツ
    ド部材２４：３６と、このテーパ状ヘツド部材の
    互いに対向する両側面に絶縁状態で適用された一
    対の導体部材２６，２８：３８，４０とからなり
    、前記一対の導体部材間の距離が前記テーパ状ヘ
    ツド部材の狭窄端部側で前記ＩＣパツケージのリ
    ードピツチよりも小さくされているＩＣパツケー
    ジ用測定プローブ。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のＩＣ
    パツケージ用測定プローブにおいて、前記テーパ
    状ヘツド部材２４が六面体の楔形状を呈し、その
    互いに向かい合つた楔面に前記一対の導体部材２
    ６，２８が適用されることを特徴とするＩＣパツ
    ケージ用測定プローブ。 ３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のＩＣ
    パツケージ用測定プローブにおいて、前記テーパ
    状ヘツド部材３６が切頭円錐形状を呈し、その直
    径方向で互いに向かい合う両テーパ面部分に前記
    一対の導体部材３８，４０が適用されていること
    を特徴とするＩＣパツケージ用測定プローブ。 ４ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のＩＣ
    パツケージ用測定プローブにおいて、前記テーパ
    状ヘツド部材３６が切頭楕円錐形状を呈し、その
    直径方向で互いに向かい合う両テーパ面部分に前
    記一対の導体部材３８，４０が適用されているこ
    とを特徴とするＩＣパツケージ用測定プローブ。
