  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 定電圧ＶＡと検査対象の第１のマイナス電源電
    圧−Ｖ１との間に接続された発光ダイオードと第
    １の抵抗Ｒ７と第１のトランジスタと第２のトラ
    ンジスタからなる直列回路と、 検査対象の第２のプラス電源電圧＋Ｖ２と第１
    のトランジスタのベースとの間に接続された第２
    の抵抗Ｒ１と、 検査対象の第３のプラス電源電圧＋Ｖ１と第１
    のトランジスタのベースとの間に接続された第３
    の抵抗Ｒ２と、 第１のトランジスタのベースと回路アースの間
    に接続された第４の抵抗Ｒ４と、 検査対象の第４のマイナス電源電圧−Ｖ２と第
    ２のトランジスタのベースとの間に接続された第
    ５の抵抗Ｒ６と、 第２のトランジスタのベースと回路アースの間
    に接続された第６の抵抗Ｒ５と、 を備え、 前記検査対象の第１〜第４の電源電圧の少なく
    とも１つが０ｖの場合、発光ダイオードが消灯す
