Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 正の電流の波高値と負の電流の波高値が基準値
    に対して異なる定電流を一定のデユテイで繰返し
    出力する定電流源と、この定電流源に直列に互い
    に逆極性で接続され測定温度によつてその両端の
    電圧が変化する一対のペアダイオードとを具備し
    、このペアダイオードの両端の電圧を用いて前記
    測定温度に対応する温度信号を出力するようにし
    たことを特徴とする温度検出回路。
