Claims (1)
- 透明なガラス基板と、該ガラス基板上に設けら
れた複数の導体細線によつて所定の表示パターン
を形成した陽極電極上に蛍光体層を被覆して成る
陽極と、前記陽極電極に接続する内部配線と、前
記陽極の上に張られたフイラメントと、該フイラ
メントと前記陽極との間に配置されたグリツドと
、前記ガラス基板に封着されるカバーガラスとを
有する蛍光表示管において、前記表示パターンと
前記内部配線形成領域を残して前記ガラス基板上
に遮光性導電膜を被覆し、前記ガラス基板の前記
表示パターンと前記内部配線領域に前記表示パタ
ーンと前記内部配線を前記遮光性導電膜と間隔を
おいて電気的に絶縁して形成したことを特徴とす
る蛍光表示管。
