後付け部品用ランド部を示すもので、第１図は平
面図、第２図は要部斜視図、第３図は従来例に係
る後付け部品用ランド部を示す平面図、第４図お
よび第５図は他の従来例に係る後付け部品用ラン
ド部を示すもので、第４図は平面図、第５図は断
面図である。 １……ランド部、３……開口、４……切欠、５
……絶縁基板、６……端子挿通孔、８……半田レ
ジスト。
後付け部品用ランド部を示すもので、第１図は平
面図、第２図は要部斜視図、第３図は従来例に係
る後付け部品用ランド部を示す平面図、第４図お
よび第５図は他の従来例に係る後付け部品用ラン
ド部を示すもので、第４図は平面図、第５図は断
面図である。 １……ランド部、３……開口、４……切欠、５
……絶縁基板、６……端子挿通孔、８……半田レ
ジスト。
Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板上の所定位置に、該絶縁基板の端子挿
通孔を臨む開口を略中央部に有するランド部が多
数形成されており、上記端子挿通孔内に挿入した
電子部品の端子を上記ランド部に半田付けするこ
とにより該電子部品の実装が可能となつているプ
リント配線板において、デイツプ半田後に実装さ
れる電子部品に対応するランド部に、上記開口の
周縁部に位置して該開口を臨む凹状の切欠を設け
るとともに、該切欠と該ランド部の外周縁との間
を半田レジストにて帯状に覆い、かつ該半田レジ
ストを該切欠内に充填せしめたことを特徴とする
プリント配線板。
