Claims (1)
- ドーナツ状ワークの中心孔に一致するピンが設
けられ、シートの孔に一致する胴部を有するスピ
ンドルと、スピンドルを上下動作する機構と、シ
ートの下面を真空吸着する機構を有するプレート
により構成され、スピンドルの下り行程において
シートをプレートによつて吸着固定しワークが下
降する際スピンドルと一体に下降するようにした
ことを特徴とする位置決め機構。
