５図は従来のチユーブの一例の正面図、第６図は
内部に略Ｕ字状の冷媒経路を形成した従来のチユ
ーブを用いて構成された積層型熱交換器の正面図

Claims (1)
- ビードを形成した２枚のコアプレートを接合す
る事により冷媒通路（チユーブ）素子を形成し、
一端部に入口タンク及び出口タンクを形成してあ
り、内部に直線部分及び折返し部分を有した入口
タンクから出口タンクに至る略Ｕ字状の冷媒経路
を形成する仕切りを備えた積層型熱交換器用チユ
ーブ素子において、上記冷媒経路の上記直線部分
に上記コアプレートの内壁に当接するインナーフ
インを備え、上記ビードは、上記コアプレートの
上記返し部分に対応した部分にのみ形成されてい
ることを特徴とする積層型熱交換器用チユーブ素
子。
