In the configuration of the boiler system described above, when generating steam, the electric motor 1f drives the blower 1g to forcefully feed air into the air passage 1h while applying a high voltage to the electrode rod 1j to generate steam from the tip of the nozzle rod 1i. The injected fuel is ignited and combusted within the combustion chamber 1e. High-temperature combustion gas generated by such combustion enters the hollow part of the water pipe 1b from the lower end of the combustion chamber 1e, passes through it, reaches the flue 1k, and is exhausted. During this time, heat exchange takes place and the canned water in the water pipe 1b is heated and turned into steam, which is then transferred to the upper header 1d.
The steam is collected and stored at the steam pipe 1q and supplied to the steam load through the steam pipe 1q.

When the combustion control unit 6 receives a lower limit steam pressure signal from the pressure detection unit 5 due to continued consumption of steam and the steam pressure in the upper header 1d falls, the combustion control unit 6 connects the control signal line 6 to the lower limit steam pressure signal from the pressure detection unit 5.
Start electric motor 1f through a, and blower 1g
After purging the air passage 1h with air, a high voltage is applied to the electrode rod 1j through the control signal line 6b, and at the same time, a high voltage is applied to the electrode rod 1j through the control signal line 6c.
starts, the fuel injected from the nozzle rod 1i is ignited to start combustion, and further, when steam generation continues and the steam pressure increases and an upper limit steam pressure signal is received from the pressure detection section 5, The fuel pump 6d is stopped through the control signal line 6c, and combustion is stopped by cutting off the fuel supply, and when the combustion gas is discharged, the electric motor 1f is stopped through the control signal line 6a, thereby cutting off the air blowing from the blower 1g. .

Then, when the water level falls and reaches the lower limit water level L as shown in Figure 3 Ac, the tip of the lower limit water level probe 2a leaves the water surface and the load circuit to the AC power source 2d is cut off. The current passing through the current detector 2e becomes zero, and upon detecting this, the first current detector 2e outputs "0" as shown in FIG. 3 Cd.

Eventually, as shown in Fig. 3Ag, when the water level reaches the upper limit water level H, the upper limit water level probe 2b is submerged, and since it has been far from the water surface, it becomes 0 as shown in Fig. 3Bh. In this way, the period T 1 (hereinafter referred to as water supply period) from when the water supply pump starts to when it stops is:
The period when the flip-flop 3b is set to "1" is also specified, and furthermore, the period T2 from when the water supply pump stops until it starts (hereinafter referred to as the water supply stop period) is specified even when the flip-flop 3b becomes "0". It is something that can be specified even during a period of time.

During one water supply stop period in the intermittent control of the water supply pump, the water volume V (Kg ), the water supply stop period is specified as a period during which the amount of water V (Kg) is consumed according to the amount of evaporation (Kg/H).

したがつて、蒸発量Wは、 W〔Kg/H〕=V〔Kg〕/T2〔H〕 で表わされる。 Therefore, the evaporation amount W is expressed as W [Kg/H]=V [Kg]/T 2 [H].

Furthermore, the water volume V is the amount of canned water that can be accumulated in the volume between the upper and lower water levels of the boiler, and is a constant that is uniquely determined for each boiler system according to the distance between both water levels. Therefore, it can be seen that the evaporation amount W is inversely proportional to the water supply stop period, in other words, it is proportional to the rate of fall of the water level during the period.

For example, when the amount of evaporation W increases, the rate of decline of the water level increases as shown in Fig. 3Ak', and if now, at the time shown in Fig. 3Ag, at the same time, as shown in Fig. 3Ej Assuming that the water supply is stopped as shown in Figure 3, the flip-flop 3b will be inverted to "1" as shown in Figure 3 Em' at the time shown in Figure 3 Al', so the water supply will be stopped. During the intermittent control of the water supply pump, the positive phase output signal of the flip-flop 3b becomes "0" during the water supply stop period T2 , for example, as shown in FIG. It becomes "1" during T 2 . In response to this complementary output signal, the AND gate 7b opens only during the water supply stop period, and the clock pulse from the clock pulse oscillator 7a is guided to the counter 7c to be counted.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3Dm, when the flip-flop 3b is inverted from "0" to "1", its complementary output signal is inverted from "1" to "0", and the AND gate 7b is closed and the counter 7c is inverted. The supply of clock pulses is cut off, and a digital code representing the water supply stop period T2 is generated in the counter 7c and output as the water supply stop period signal S1 .

After the arithmetic processing by the divider 8a is completed, the monostable multivibrator which was triggered and shifted to a metastable state when the complementary output signal of the flip-flop 3b was inverted from "1" to "0" 7d returns to a stable state and sends a clear pulse to the clear terminal of the counter 7c, so the counter 7c is cleared and ready for the next measurement.

During this time, that is, before the counter 7c is cleared, the divider 8a calculates the water amount V set in advance in the water amount setting device 8b, which is a digital switch or the like.
A quotient is calculated by dividing the water amount signal S 2 representing the amount by the water supply stop period signal S 1 outputted by the counter 7c, and the calculation result is outputted as the evaporation amount signal S 3 .

As described above, the present invention includes a water level detection section and a water supply control section, starts the water supply pump when the canned water level reaches the lower limit water level, and starts the water supply pump when the canned water level reaches the upper limit water level. In a boiler system in which the pump is stopped, a water supply stop period measurement unit and an evaporation amount calculation unit are attached to measure the water supply stop period, and calculate the amount of water accumulated in the boiler even with one intermittent control when the water supply is stopped. Since it is configured to divide by the period and calculate the quotient and output the calculation result as an evaporation amount signal, the evaporation amount in the boiler system can be automatically measured and accurately grasped.
