Claims (1)
- モールド・ＩＣの電気特性を測定及び、試験す
る工程において、ワークを収容し、且つ電気特性
を測定及び、試験する装置との電気的な接続をす
るためのコンタクトを有するＩＣソケツトにおい
て、ワークのリードの接触面よりも長く、更にＩ
Ｃソケツトの内側に長くしたコンタクトと、テー
パ状の受け口を有するガイドから構成され、ＩＣ
ソケツトのコンタクトがワークの収容時の姿勢変
化にかかわらず、ワークのリードを全てＩＣソケ
ツトのコンタクト上に収容し、ＩＣソケツトのコ
ンタクトと、ワークのリードを接触せしめること
を特徴とするＩＣソケツト。
