  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 少なくとも不透明導電膜を具備するＥＬ発光素
    子と、受光素子とを絶縁層を介して配設し、前記
    ＥＬ発光素子から発光する光が反受光素子側に配
    置された原稿面で反射し、その反射光を前記受光
    素子へ導くための光入射窓を前記不透明導電膜に
    設けた画像読取装置において、 前記不透明導電膜の原稿面側表面を、鏡面反射
    率が高い不透明導電膜としたことを特徴とする画
    像読取装置。
