【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は超音波を利用して液面レベルを検出す
る従来装置を説明するために挙げた概略図、第２
図は本考案の一実施例による液面レベルセンサを
タンクに取り付けた態様を示し、Ａはその縦断正
面図、ＢはＡ図イ―イ線に沿つて断面とした平面
図、第３図及び第４図は本考案の他の実施例を示
すものであり、第３図は栓体内部を防水塗料で埋
めた防水構造型の液面レベルセンサの縦断正面図
、第４図は第１弾性部材及び第２弾性部材相等部
分を保持体と一体的に形成した防水構造型の液面
レベルセンサの縦断正面図、第５図は本考案の動
作を説明するために挙げた概略図で、Ａは液面が
所定レベルライン以上にある状態、Ｂは液面が所
定レベルライン以下にある状態を示す。 １；栓体、２；超音波送波器、２１ａ；送波面
、３；超音波受波器、３１ａ；受波面、４；保持
体、５；第１（又は第２）弾性部材、６；第２（
又は第１）弾性部材、ｌ；液体、ｌ１；液面、ｌ
２；レベルライン、ｔ：タンク、ｓ；センサ取付
け用部材、ＳＰ；レベルセンサ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 液体を収納したタンクの底壁面に設けられたセ
    ンサ取付け用部材に液密に嵌合する栓体に、超音
    波パルスを放射する防水構造の超音波送波器と、
    放射された超音波パルスに応動して電気信号を生
    じる同じく防水構造の超音波受波器とを、これら
    の送波面と受波面が所定の距離を隔てて互いに対
    向するように、前記超音波送波器及び超音波受波
    器の一方を第１弾性部材を介して、その他方を前
    記栓体に取付けられた保持体に配置される第２弾
    性部材を介して保持し、 前記栓体をタンクのセンサ取付け部材に嵌合し
    たとき、超音波送波器と受波器が液体中にある検
    知すべき液面レベルラインの上下に位置する如く
    構成したことを特徴とする車両用超音波式液面レ
    ベルセンサ。
