Claims (1)
- 予め底面側に所定の面積を有し表面が平らに形
成されたシリコン樹脂プレートを形成したトツプ
プレートと、該トツププレートに対向して前記ト
ツププレートにねじで締付け結合されるボトムプ
レートと、該ボトムプレートの上面に左右の枠を
上面にして載置され前記シリコン樹脂プレートと
同じ面積を有し枠内にエポキシ樹脂を注入して前
記ボトムプレートと前記トツププレートとを結合
したとき前記シリコン樹脂プレートで前記エポキ
シ樹脂の表面が押圧される枠付きプレートとを含
むことを特徴とするコーテイング治具。
