Claims (1)
- 横向きに開口した反応管と、複数の半導体ウエ
ーハを上面に保持するサセプタと、上記反応管の
下方管外壁面より管内に上下動自在に突出・退入
する複数の上記サセプタ支持用ロツドと、上記サ
セプタを支持して上記反応管開口より管軸方向に
出入りするサセプタ搬入・搬出用ローダと、上記
反応管外に近接して管内を加熱する加熱手段とを
具備したことを特徴とする化学蒸着装置。
