- ウエハを支持するウエハ支持手段と、このウエ
ハ支持手段を出し入れ可能に収納すると共に、内
部に反応ガスが供給される、上下に延伸する管体
と、この管体の上端開口部及び下端開口部とをそ
れぞれ気密に被蓋する蓋体と、前記ウエハ支持手
段に支持されたウエハを加熱するウエハ加熱手段
とよりなるエピタキシヤル装置。
