Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 軸方向に整列されて相互に結合された第一セ
    グメント及び第二セグメントを有する、光路を形
    成するための中空体及び該中空体の軸に対して直
    角に配置され、プラズマトーチと結合するように
    適合された、プラズマトーチのフレームを包囲す
    る中空管から成り、第一セグメントがフレーム側
    の端にガス封止装置としての光学的に透明な窓を
    有しかつ前起中空体が第二セグメントを介してモ
    ノクロメーターの光学系にガス封止的に固定可能
    である構造の光学的連結装置。 ２ 中空体中に酸素不含のガスを導入することの
    できる入口装置を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の装置。 ３ 光学的に透明な窓が中空管から引込んでいる
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ４ 第二セグメントに近接的に固定された入口装
    置及び第一セグメントに近接的に固定されたガス
    抜き装置を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項
    記載の装置。 ５ 中空体が酸素不含のガスを含みかつ入口及び
    ガス抜き装置が封止されている実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第４項記載の装置。 ６ モノクロメーターの光学系に対するガス封止
