  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光記録素子の基板を、真空中あるあは低圧
    不活性ガス中に保持するための気密容器を設ける
    と共に、気密容器には紫外線透過窓を設け、容器
    の外部に備えた紫外線光源から紫外線透過窓を介
    して容器内に紫外線を導くようにした、光記録素
    子基板の前処理装置。 (2) 紫外線透過窓には、紫外線フイルタを設け
    たことを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の光記録素
    子基板の前処理装置。
