Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ヒータにて加熱される炉芯管と、複数の半導体
ウエーハを所定間隔で整列保持するボートと、ボ
ートを炉芯管の出入口より炉芯管内に搬入・搬出
する操作棒と、前記操作棒に固定し、上記炉芯管
の出入口を略塞ぐ遮蔽板とを具備し、上記炉芯管
のガスの供給口より熱処理ガスを導入し、上記半
導体ウエーハを熱処理する半導体製造装置におい
て、 炉芯管の出入口を、操作棒に固定した遮蔽板に
よりギヤツプをあけて外嵌したことを特徴とする
半導体製造装置。
