Claims (1)
- 中央に磁性材を貫通させると共に、外周に巻線
を巻回するボビンの上下端外周部に上端鍔及び下
端鍔を設け、その下端鍔の鉄心挿入溝側面から下
端鍔の外周方向に向つて金属ピン端子を挿入する
ピン端子穴とそのピン端子穴から下端鍔の底面ま
で切開するピン端子ガイド溝を設け、更に、この
ピン端子ガイド溝内壁にピン端子固定ツメを設け
、上記ピン端子穴に金属ピン端子を挿入させたの
ち、ピン端子ガイド溝に沿つて金属ピン端子を垂
直に折り曲げピン端子固定ツメに圧着固定し、そ
の折り曲げた金属ピン端子にリード線を巻付け半
田接続してなるトランス。
