バーニツシユヘツド、４は磁気デイスク、５は磁
気デイスクの表面（磁性膜）、６はジンバルをそ
れぞれ示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 硬質の非磁性円盤の表面に磁性膜が形成された
    磁気デイスクを、磁気デイスク面に潤滑剤が塗布
    されない状態で回転させながら、ランプロード式
    のバーニツシユヘツドの粗面部を磁気デイスク表
    面に接触させた状態で、バーニツシユヘツドを移
    動させることによりバーニツシユを行なう工程を
    有する磁気デイスクの製造に用いられるランプロ
    ード式のバーニツシユヘツドであつて、 上記ランプロード式のバーニツシユヘツドが、
    スライダ面に、硬質微粒子を含む砥粒層より成る
    粗面部を設けてバーニツシユヘツドを構成すると
    共に、 前記粗面部には、パーフロロアルキルポリエー
    テル液体潤滑剤が含有されてなることを特徴とす
    る磁気デイスクの製造に用いるランプロード式バ
    ーニツシユヘツド。
