：真空槽、９：被乾燥物、１０：被乾燥物の載置
台、１１：ウオータージエツトポンプ、１２：噴
射水の冷却機、１３：冷却槽、１４：真空開放電
磁弁。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 真空槽に収容した被乾燥物を加熱すると共に真
    空槽内を排気して乾燥する乾燥機において、加熱
    体が平面状の赤外線プレートヒーターで、該加熱
    体は真空槽内に被乾燥物を収容するスペースを隔
    てて２以上の棚状にそれぞれ配され、真空槽内を
    排気する装置がウオータージエツトポンプを備え
    てなることを特徴とする、赤外線加熱式真空乾燥
    機。
