    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ステアリング操作力伝達経路に設けられた操舵
    力アシスト用モータを、ステアリングホイールの
    操舵トルクに応じて駆動制御する電動パワーステ
    アリング装置において、前記ステアリング操作力
    伝達経路にステアリングの最大転舵状態を検出す
    るセンサを設けると共に、該センサから最大転舵
    信号が出力されたときに前記モータの出力を低減
    させるように構成したことを特徴とする電動パワ
    ーステアリング装置。
