Claims (1)
- 電界効果トランジスタのゲートより入力される
デイジタル信号を、そのドレインに接続された発
光素子により光信号に変換するソース接地形の発
光素子駆動回路において、前記電界効果トランジ
スタのソースバイアス電圧を外部制御信号により
制御し該トランジスタのソースードレイン間電流
を遮断する回路を設けたことを特徴とする発光素
子駆動回路。
