Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一対の板状圧電素子と、この圧電素子の間
    に両端を同一方向にコの字状に曲げた金属薄板を
    挾持してなる圧電バイモルフ振動子を具備し、前
    記金属薄板の両端の曲げ部に弾性薄板を貼付け、
    さらに前記圧電バイモルフ振動子の中央部を前記
    金属薄板の曲げ部方向と直交した方向に支持部で
    固定支持してなる圧電フアン。 (2) 金属薄板の曲げ部方向と直交方向の両端中
    央部に凸部を前記金属薄板と一体に形成してなる
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の圧電フア
    ン。 (3) 凸部に孔部またはＵ型切り欠きを設けてな
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の圧電フ
    アン。
