- 一対の板状圧電素子と、前記圧電素子の間に両
端をコ字状に曲げた金属薄板を挟持接着してなる
圧電バイモルフ振動子と、前記圧電バイモフル振
動子の両端の曲げ部に貼付けられた弾性薄板と、
さらに前記圧電バイモルフ振動子の中央部を支持
してなるゴム状弾性材料支持部とから構成された
圧電フアン。
