- １個以上のＩＣチツプを内蔵するＩＣカードに
おいて、マイナス接点間をプラス接点間に優先し
て電気的に接続するスイツチを、ＩＣチツプの電
源端子と外部電源端子との間の配線上に有するこ
とを特徴とするＩＣカード。
