Claims (1)
- 電極が配設された複数の圧電体を積層した圧電
素子を設置した圧電音響変換器において、圧電体
の一方の電極面側にその電極と絶縁された端子部
を設け、この端子部と他方の電極側との間を圧電
体を貫通させた導体によつて接続した圧電音響変
換器。
