  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) オーデイオ領域とビデオ領域を有する光学
    デイスクを再生する手段と、該光学デイスクの傷
    を検出して検出信号を発生する手段と、該検出信
    号が印加されて動作するフオーカス外れ防止装置
    とを有する光学デイスクプレーヤにおいて、再生
    位置がオーデイオ領域からビデオ領域に移行する
    移行開始時点より所定時間後に上記検出信号の印
    加を阻止することを特徴とする光学デイスクプレ
    ーヤ。 (2) オーデイオ領域とビデオ領域を有する光学
    デイスクを再生する手段と、該光学デイスクの傷
    を検出して検出信号を発生する手段と、該検出信
    号が印加されて動作するフオーカス外れ防止装置
    とを有する光学デイスクプレーヤにおいて、スピ
    ンドルモータの回転数が所定の値に達した後に上
    記検出信号の印加を阻止することを特徴とする光
    学デイスクプレーヤ。
