- 発光素子と受光素子とを対向配置され、光透過
性のある樹脂モールドと外殻樹脂モールドでパツ
ケージされた二重モールド構造の光結合素子にお
いて、外殻樹脂モールドの内壁の一部に、発光素
子からの光を受光素子に向けて反射する突起壁を
有することを特徴とする光結合素子。
