リツトが広がつた状態のホツトメルトフイルムを
示す概略図である。 １……熱成形可能なポリウレタンフオームシー
ト、２……ホツトメルトフイルム接着剤、３……
熱硬化性樹脂含浸サーフエシングマツト、４……
不織布である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 熱成形可能なポリウレタンフオームシート
の片面もしくは両面にホツトメルトフイルム接着
剤の層を有し、その上に熱硬化性樹脂の含浸硬化
したサーフエシングマツトの層を有する内装複合
パネル基材。 (2) 熱成形可能なポリウレタンフオームシート
の片面もしくは両面にホツトメルトフイルム接着
剤の層を有し、その上にそれぞれ熱硬化性樹脂の
含浸硬化したサーフエシングマツト及び不織布の
層を有する内装複合パネル基材。 (3) ホツトメルトフイルムが加熱により開孔す
るスリツトを有するものである請求項１又は２記
載の内装複合パネル基材。 (4) 熱硬化性樹脂とエマルジヨン系樹脂の混合
物を用いる請求項１〜３のいずれかに記載の内装
複合パネル基材。
