Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) パン生地を練るはね２を内部に取付けたパ
ン容器３と、はね２を回転させるメインモーター
４と、パン生地の焼成時などに通電されるヒータ
ー５と、このヒーター５の熱をパン容器３の周囲
に循環させるべく送風を行なうフアン１２を回転
させるフアンモーター６と、前記両モーター４，
６とヒーター５への通電を制御する制御回路７と
、容器３温度を検知する容器センサー８とを夫々
本体１に設け、一方、パン容器３内でパン生地を
練り、発酵させ、かつ、焼成する一連のパンの製
造を自動的に行う工程を有し、更にパンの焼成後
のパンを送風冷却している時のパンの温度Ｔ４が
予め設定してある温度ＴＨになつた時にパンの出
来上がりを報知する報知手段１０を設けたことを
特徴とする自動製パン機。 (2) 予め設定してある温度ＴＨを自由に可変可
能なつまみ９を本体１に設けてなる請求項１記載
の自動製パン機。 (3) パンの出来上がりの報知後は、予め設定し
てある温度ＴＨを一定に保つべく保温手段１１を
設けてなる請求項１記載の自動製パン機。
