  1. 表面波伝播軸に垂直方向の複数の電極指から夫
    々なる入力トランスデユーサ及び出力トランスデ
    ユーサを圧電性基板上に形成すると共に、その各
    トランスデユーサの外側に前記伝播軸に対して傾
    斜方向に揃列された複数の電極指からなる不要波
    吸収用電極を形成したことを特徴とする弾性表面
    波装置。
