Claims (1)
- 機関の実際の空燃比を検出する空燃比センサを
備える内燃機関において、前記空燃比センサの検
出部の温度若しくはこれに関連する状態を検出す
る温度検出手段と、前記空燃比センサの出力信号
に基づいて空燃比センサの劣化の有無を判定する
劣化判定手段と、空燃比センサの非劣化判定時で
かつ前記温度若しくはこれに関連する状態が所定
値以下のときに前記空燃比センサの検出部を加熱
するヒータに通電する第１通電手段と、劣化と判
定されかつ前記温度若しくはこに関連する状態が
所定値以下のときに前記ヒータに第１通電手段の
通電量よりも大きな通電量を通電する第２通電手
段と、を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の空燃
比センサ制御装置。
