Claims (1)
- 導電ペーストを成膜してなる対向電極と透明フ
イルムに形成された透明電極との間に発光層が介
設してあるとともに、導電性接着材料を用いて上
記対向電極および透明電極にそれぞれリードピン
が接続してあり、これらのリードピンを介して上
記両電極間に電圧を印加することにより上記発光
層を発光させるようにしたエレクトロルミネツセ
ンス素子において、上記対向電極とそのリードピ
ンとの間に、少なくとも当該リードピンの接続ラ
ンドよりも大きい金属箔を介在させたことを特徴
とするエレクトロルミネツセンス素子。
