Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 背面電極上に、絶縁層、発光層及び透明導電フ
イルムを順次重ねて形成し、上下から防湿フイル
ムにより密封することにより構成され、且つ上記
発光層、絶縁層及び背面電極を上下方向に貫通す
る切欠き部内で透明導電フイルム上に設けられた
透明電極側の補助電極に、電極取出し用のリード
線が接続されている分散型ＥＬ素子において、 上記発光層及び透明電極の間で、該透明電極の
上記切欠き部の周縁に対向する領域に、絶縁膜が
形成されていることを特徴とする、分散型ＥＬ素
子。
