Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ステータに環状の圧電体を接着し、それを２つ
に区分してそれぞれを駆動用高周波電圧源に接続
し、ステータに圧接したロータをステータに生じ
る進行波により回転させるように超音波モータを
構成し、圧電体の両区分の境に極性が逆の２つの
センサ電極を設け、各センサ電極を共に共通する
入力制御回路に接続して、入力制御回路が高周波
電圧源の高周波電圧及び周波数を制御するように
したことを特徴とする超音波モータの入力制御装
置。 (2) ２つのセンサ電極は、それぞれステータに
生じる進行波の波長の1/8の長さにした請求項１
に記載の超音波モータの入力制御装置。
