Claims (1)
- 冷却器によつて冷却され、被凍結物を載置した
スチールベルトを駆動するスチールベルトコンベ
ア及びこのスチールベルトコンベアの上方で冷ブ
ライン液を収容し、上記被凍結物に接し得るよう
に配置されたフレキシブルベルトを上記スチール
ベルトと同方向に駆動するフレキシブルベルトコ
ンベアを有し、上記被凍結物を駆動しながら上下
両面から接触凍結を行なうようにしたものにおい
て、上記冷ブライン液の液面上に冷ブライン液に
溶けない隔離層を形成するようにしたことを特徴
とする連続凍結装置。
