- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 導電性エラストマ層に対し電極を配設してなる
面状発熱体において、 (a) 導電性エラストマ層１１および電極１３Ａ
，１３Ｂの周囲に配置された絶縁部材１４と、 (b) 絶縁部材１４を包囲するカバー部材１５と
、 (c) 絶縁部材１４とカバー部材１５との間に配
置されており、導電性エラストマ層１１に配設し
た電極１３Ａ，１３Ｂ間に流れる電流量を調節し
て導電性エラストマ層１１の温度を調節するため
の温度調節装置１６と を備えてなることを特徴とする面状発熱体。
