    盤装置を有する吸着ヘツドの端部列側に正規の横
    列装置と縦列の側方位置との間を往復回動して横
    列の吸盤装置が姿勢変更できる旋回ヘツドを設け
    たことを特徴とするインケーサー。 (2) 旋回ヘツドをリンク機構装置介して支点を
    中心として回動せしむる駆動装置の他に旋回ヘツ
    ドの回動時前後進せしむる駆動装置を前記駆動系
    統に設けたことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載のイ
    ンケーサー。
